Gym was not well equipped. Complimentary breakfast ran out fast. Not enough food for residents who are staying at the Hotel.

Loved the cleanliness of the hotel! Walked into the lobby amazed at how nice and fresh everything looked. Front desk lady extremely friendly and helpful! Provided my family with closer rooms and on the first floor since we had 2 tiny dogs with us. Rooms clean, fresh, comfortable and everything worked from the AC to the toilet. Breakfast was phenomenal! I have never seen a better selection. Everything tasted great and the staff kept up with the cleaning to ensure everything looked tidy and appealing. Loved the overall atmosphere. I do wish the bar was open but that’s ok. Wonderful experience! Will be booking only with Wyndham in the future. Thank you to all the staff!

The staff here were incredibly accommodating, kind, and helpful. The room was very clean and included a fridge and coffee maker, plus there was a microwave next to the front desk (didn't use) and toaster in the breakfast room. Can't reiterate enough how great the front desk staff were!

Great place!! Very clean, well appointed, very nice and professional staff. Love to warm breakfast every day. Rooms are not huge but nicely furnished and organized and as I said clean! Very good value!

Clean room and comfortable bed. A/C is manually controlled for your personal needs/comfort. A/C worked well. Water was HOT very quickly. The shower had GREAT water pressure. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. All food items were fresh and tasty - a very nice selection of food. Quality and quantity - very good!

The staff was great. The ladies up front are the best. They always greeted you with a smile. The breakfast was the best. It was a very safe place to stay with this being me and my kids first time out of town. If I do come back to Austin this will be where we will be staying.

Fabulously helpful desk staffer named Kim. She epitomized service ethic and customer satisfaction. She was quick to get us a different room when our AC was making a racket. She got us a set of towels when housekeeping ignored our request. Kim even recommended a great pizza pub nearby. It’s so difficult to experience good customer service anymore. Kim deserves recognition.
